On the 20 May 2020, Queensland State Archives and GWI* will be hosting a webinar to discuss Vulnerable persons and recordkeeping.
The webinar will consist of a presentation by QSA and GWI on vulnerable persons and recordkeeping, followed by a Q&A session.
During the webinar, QSA will provide some background information behind the development of the new advice and disposal authorisations related to the proactive protection of vulnerable persons. GWI will then provide some examples of how this advice applies across a range of agencies, including risk assessments.
This is a great opportunity to hear from the experts on the approaches your agency will need to consider to ensure these important records are captured and retained.
This session will be hosted in Microsoft Teams, however you do not need a Teams account to participate – find out how you can join a meeting without a Teams account.
The webinar will be recorded, and the questions and answers also made available afterwards for anyone who is unable to attend.
